Hi Mike I don't use Wordpress personally but generally speaking:You can do Sellbymike.com which goes to an addressBuybyMike.com which goes to a separate pagerentfrommike which goes to another page These would be separate domain names you would buy (as little as $20 a year and point them to your server using DNS entries)OR you can do Homesbymike\BuyHomesbymike\sellhomesbymike\rentIn which case you buy homesbymike and then link to each of the pages from there (Think big pretty buttons (Buyers click here\Sellers click here)A little hard to explain but it depends what you want to do.

great feature as mentioned in other posts, as mentioned above, maybe have it so you can hover over each colleague in your list and just be able to assign them to a list without going to their profile, also maybe have it so that on your colleague list it shows that you have assigned a person to a list, with a check mark or something next to their picture, this way if you can not get to them all in one sitting, you will know where you left off or who you haven't assigned to a list.
