A straight equity split seems to fit the bill, but I'm unsure of a fair equity split and also open to other ideas

The point of making money at the end is to have consumption of things you want, now that might be food, gas money, your internet bill, and yes your housing. 

Our house on that road gets a gas bill for xxx Patton St, but the water and electric is xxx Patton Ave.
