I suppose the podcasts by the authors might include some of the ame content.

We ended up with penalties for not filing some things because our new CPA did file appropriately and we came to the attention of the local taxing authorities.  

My suggestion would be to look for your local section 8 ( Housing Authorities) office.

@Pat Goodyear Call your local housing authority or 211 (if you have that) and see if there are resources to help pay your tenants rent.

If they do, there is a chance they lose their voucher if you complain enough to the housing authority.

There is a paragraph in out PMA that talks about the landlord/ owner authorizing the property to handle the eviction process on their behalf.

The IRA owns the LLC, but you can be the non-owner manager of the LLC and have signing authority.

(and there are issues with agency here) her concessions may cause bad feelings when you have to tell the tenant she wasn't "authorized" to agree to something.

@Marc Middleton I’m not sure of the specific procedures, but they’d have to show they were the owners or successors of the llc and I assume there is a procedure to regain authority to sell/manage the property.
