Nobody predicted this a year ago, including me, but James analysis is almost about correct.Ok before I launch into my reply and synopsis, while Carlos knows this for all, I am VERY PRO-small business, ANTI-Trans National Corp's, and not a fan in any way shape or form of the Fed, World Bank, C.S. or any of the elitist camp, BUT.... but, but, but, I am also a HUGE fan of TRUTH, reality, MATH and fact's and that means sometimes to acknowledge the elitist's are not always plotting to use every human as lizard food. 

I do sometimes overspeak the truth which is a bad thing, but how else should have I handled this conversation.

I had a similar experience last year and I completely agree that you need a space that is not being touched by the renovation, otherwise it truthfully feels like you're living in a disaster zone.  

It is difficult to verify whether he speaks truth or is making something up.

The ability to speak the hard truth with empathyIt doesn't matter how good a mentor is: if they don't mesh with you personally, it's going to be a disaster.

I told him the truth and he said, "that's cool".

I would encourage you to look at RE investing as a way to augment your income, create passive income streams and allow you to have a life/work balance that few physicians are able to attain.

Look, the brutal truth is in this industry, and world for that matter, NEVER trust anyone, ALWAYS assume everyone is out to rip you off, UNTIL they earn your doubt via verifiable facts.

Or you can pay a mold inspector several hundred dollars to check for mold.The truth is that all houses have mold.
