Better to pay more and buy property where people actually want to live.

I currently live in California but I own 3 single family homes and a 6 plex all in Maryland …all of these were purchased between 1-4 years ago.

We may also want to sell this property after living in it as our primary residence for 2 years.

I cant take him to court because neither of us live where the divoce was occured anymore.
