Hi @Christian Orellana, a lot of the clients that I work with that purchase real estate here in Florida for cash-flow/appreciation, buy in Tampa.

The city is having quite a few issues and as a transplanted native of 30+ years, when I go back to visit I'm shocked and saddened by the downturn the greatest city in the world has taken.Lastly, we can paper-project what our cash flow, appreciation, and interest rates will be, but all we can know is what's happening right now. 

I get paid every month, the tenants are paying off my mortgages, and my properties are appreciating. 

I'd appreciate if you sent me a copy of that.

Once recouped, you have the added benefit of still having an appreciating asset and extra cash flow that you wouldn’t have if you just sell outright.
