If you have a high credit score - you'll get a high credit limit and visa-versa.I agree with Jpopkin - some of your questions should have been asked and answered before offering a contract on the condo.Also - it scares me that you are trying to rent this condo with very little knowledge of what to expect.

I'm just curious to know why yunghova said that wholesaling in md can land you in. ive had an abusive life and im down to my last dime. im trying to change my life by studying real estate but if wholesaling properties in foreclocure are going to land me in jail then i dont know what to do...im stuck. if anyone reading this is wholesaling in md please share your knowledge it would mean the world to me.
