One man suggested that someone hasn't been living there for years and couldn't verify on the address of the property.

I have no problem doing that as well.The tenant lease expires in within the next 100 days so I kept that in mind as well.I suppose the nature of my question puts me on the defensive but I must repeat I still haven't received rent for this month with a voice mail saying the tenant must have sent it to the wrong address and the check IS in the mail.

And then I do believe you will be required to have a physical location separate from your home address.
