I used it for 5 seconds last Fall, and actually enjoyed it, but I just didn't put in the time to get benefit and didn't want to keep paying for it and not put in the work, so I canceled it and started using Prop Wire to skip trace since it's super inexpensive just for that feature since I was getting leads through other free sources. 

Many investors actually look for properties that have been on the market longer than the average for that area....and then they put in a low ball offer.As I mentioned, I'm in NC...the slim chance that a buyer will come offer full price for an over-priced property is what we call "a buyer from California". 

If a toilet runs at full pressure, the tenant is going to call you sooner than later from the sheer racket it's making.If you are purely looking for leaks, you will spend significant sums of money to save yourself very little money in the long run. 

Are they worth it… every year people waste money on car insurance, home insurance, and medical insurance….

If you have the time and experience, hiring your own subs (like plumbers, electricians, painters) can save you some money, but you'll need to manage the project yourself.

Once you know what the actual costs are, you can determine profitability. 

However, it takes 7-10 days (which is longer than Zillow claims) for me to actually get the payments. 

His family says he has money and they have his debit card and want to pay back two months… doesn’t sound legal.
