Any first hand experience with fines?

Under 20 units, it's a tiring low income, high demand grind, especially if they're spread all over the county or several counties.If anyone out there has real first hand experience flipping a single REO themselves, without performing significant repair, and making a descent profit spread, please post, I would love to hear the details.

If you are the single owner of the business entity and it's a new business, the only thing the bank is going to care about is your personal financial history and your personal ability to repay, as the business is essentially you.So, if your FICO is low, you don't have any cash reserves, and you don't have much experience investing, it's unlikely the banks are going to be willing to loan to you -- whether personally or through a business entity.If you want to work with a local bank that makes portfolio loans, it's generally important to have at least 3 of the following 4 things:- Good Credit- Down-Payment Funds- Experience- A Great DealSo, I would start working on achieving at least a few of those things...the rest will then fall into place...

Unfortunately, they find that after the seminar, they still don't have the key to easy and risk-free wealth, but now that they've heard first-hand that it can be done, they keep searching.

This of course depends on how quickly you wish to achieve your goal, but I worked 12 hours a day, and still had to workout and have leisure time, so 30 minutes was perfect for me.

The problem is, these unimportant tasks ultimately become part of your routine, and not only are you using them as time fillers, but you're prioritizing them over important tasks, as you've lost the perspective of what's really important.If you can get your brain to accept that you can accomplish just as much -- if not more -- in fewer than 40 hours, and if you can overcome the stigma society has created about having to work at least 40 hours per week, you may realize they you can achieve just as much success in far less time.
