Hello,my name is Derek Nickol and I am from the York Pennsylvania area, I am a home inspector by trade with a history in commercial and residential building/remodeling.

I am new in the community, my name is Ivan Coelho, 31 yeas old, I am a Fine Paints of Europe certified painter and handyman in New York City.

I guess I should've included a bit more information about my situation:- I've got my sights set on Upstate New York for my first investment.- The properties I've been looking at are mainly multi-family homes ranging in size from around 2,000 sqft up to around 4,500 sqft.- My family's home that I've been using to estimate my expenses is a 2,500 sqft single-family house located on Long Island right outside of New York City (Southeast New York).I hope this information helps!

We started investing in upstate New York area right after the correction in 2009.

Most Confusing market to understand for a New york investor but like most mid west states.

Not sure what the laws are in your neck of the woods but I am in New York and my late fee aligns with state law.
