Maybe the 8 plex has 3 bedroom units and private yards and these apartments are high rise style.

I've had an appreciation for Florida and Florida-style homes for a while now, and with the growth in Jacksonville, I started to become very interested in this market for investing.

I’ve been shopping for a house hack thinking of using the bedroom model originally because the multi family model in Las Vegas isn’t too appealing.

Any general opinion about this particular market please. Thanks in advance for comments.

Las Vegas on the other hand has been hit really hard because of their reliance on the entertainment industry.

My wife and I are traveling to Vegas on December 3-7.

My main issue with this is I’m not trying to male any money off this, I will be using the garage as storage and they are just barely above poverty level income so it’s essentially a favor because we know they will be safe there with little to no issues with the house since it is a slab style bungalow house 2 bed 1 bath. 675 sq ft.

It is not 100% passive but can be passive style income if you set it up as that.
