In the Vegas market, I see recent bank statements more commonly than tax returns because self-employed people may deduct a lot.

Then one day I attended Ron Legrand's seminar and he spoke about quick flips.His presentation was so good, I paid to follow him to Las Vegas to hear more.Since then, I have quick flipped over 400 houses.So each time I hear new investors talking about buy and hold, I feel real bad.

Hey @Alexandrea Backus, I only know of one person doing it the way you describe and that is in Las Vegas during CES.

I really feel like I can do this I don't know if this is out  of desperation  or what. now for the real I have decided to pay all bills and to fix our credit and wait for the real estate  investing  I will still participate  in BP in gaining more knowledge While I get my  financials in order.I thank everyone  who has given  advice.if anyone  in the vegas area wants to work with me on investing please do not hesitate  to contact me.
