@Perry Ivy - I respectfully disagree with you and don't think you fully understand the BRRRR strategy.

I am quick to respond to their needs and show the students I have pride in my units and in turn they usually respect the property.  

I felt bad that she responded because I really respect her time and done like to interfere with her time off - but WOW! 

Hi Everyone, With respect to investing in tax liens and/or tax deeds, what is the likelihood of being sued by, say, a disgruntled owner or other entity?

I would suggest purchasing in a high single family area also because it will have higher owner occupied properties, lower turnover rates, and overall a much quieter area where people will respect your property. 

I would have to defer to your plan administrator, however, with respect to what they can handle.

I do like Cardone but I also can take some issues with him... as much as I respect brash and bravado and a very no nonsense style, he sometimes creeps over into being an *** and I'm just not down with that.
