State laws do not allow real estate transactions to be facilitated through implied agency arrangements, they must be specific and conducted by a licensee.Hope that makes it clearer to see the relationship promoted by wholesalers and agents. :)

And I immediately scrambled to buy the list, prepare my custom yellow letter, buy a new ring central number, and by the time I got to the promo code screen it was 5:32 and it says the "promotional code does not apply".

There are some people on this forum that are compete blowhards and self promoters, I've learned to skip their posts, not difficult.

Given the lack of response, I'm going to assume that there is no support for the claim that sending promotional or marketing mail via USPS is considered harassment?

.# 2 join your local REIA and network with people and other wholesalers# 3 let eevsrybody know what you do and remind them every 6months#4 when u make money, build a good website and promote your site to get leads

I'm not promoting my services, but I do this for many clients with over 100 units and we get them a ton of great leads using Adwords.
