They will not move to the next step of qualifying your propriety for the loan, if the contractual agreement is signed that uou will pay $3k for tools that’s include access to a app that shows all pre-closures, foreclosures etc mapped geographically.

I would think if the owner has had the property for 25+ years, he could be pretty far into his mortgage if not had it entirely paid off.

My position is that the PM company has no right to hold the last month's rent, since it is rent, it belongs to the owner and owner should get paid as it is collected.
