Hello BP Nation,I have a weird question I'm hoping to get answered.

I'm currently in the Army National Guard.  

This is a very important factor to me because the neighborhood is close to public transportation.

In fact, every single week, I update BP Nation on what goes on in my real estate business.

Our market has become completely saturated with investors and wannabe investors thanks to all the so called "national gurus" hawking their products and seminars here for the past couple of years.

After that, for about 5 years, I wanted to  open a trucking transportation company, but when i turned 17, i found out that I just wanted to do trucking because of money, and reading some forums on here (before being a member) stated that the odds of you being successful are very low if you dont enjoy what you do.

Not all markets are that way.The book by Craig Hall I'm still in the process of reading but I believe it is more national in scope as he got his start in Michigan if I recall correctly.
