I started renting out the condo to a tenant - my question is, if I just have 1 rental property, do I still need to put the condo in a LLC for legal/tax purposes? 

Since both tenants deny any use of wipes, and they have been recently notified in writing (email) it would be their equal responsibility for futher occurrences, can I legally charge them for this?

I believe they have their students sign non- disclosures  They sure do... which is why you likely have't found any, and why we can't legally share them.

I scheduled times for these supposed setups and this guy Scott at (407) 782-7456 & (407) 401-8916 pretended like he knew what he was doing but couldn't even give directions to set up a remote Zoom meeting where he would have access to my computer.
