Just broke ground on a 90 home development I bought the dirt did all the entitlements putting in all the UTLS and will build the 90 homes that will sell for the high 400s to the low 600s. so about 40 to 50 million gross sales on that one project.. fingers crossed !!!

You have learned that public data is often less than accurate if you find that Zillow or whoever's data is more accurate you can make that your new data source or cross reference the lists
