I’m in Lake County, I have friends and family investing near the border of WI.

My house is on 80 mostly wooded acres in the Mark Twain National Forest, & we would never allow more than 3 or 4 people to hunt on our land.

@Paul Sandhu is my hero but this discussion is for beach/mountain/lake properties rented by the night.

Was looking on the east side of the lake but it looks like it is growing so fast and the properties seem overpriced now; however, I Concord is still on my radar. 

I did my first deal as an owner financed house hack while living in the Lake Worth area of South Florida years ago.

I’m a GC in the Salt Lake area.

He is in his mid 50's and has a 4 and 6 unit in Merriville IN on the same lot and another 4 unit close by, he just sold a single family in lake station IN as well.

Also areas like Lake Elmo and Woodbury.

I lived at Silverado for a decade and drove to lake co through Vallejo once a week for 20 years.. and all before six flags was built. no I don't think you will find 3 to 5 a month.. but maybe one in 6 months or so..

Property #2 ARV is about $280K but it's a lake house so the comps are harder to nail down.
