I lived at Silverado for a decade and drove to lake co through Vallejo once a week for 20 years.. and all before six flags was built. no I don't think you will find 3 to 5 a month.. but maybe one in 6 months or so..

Property #2 ARV is about $280K but it's a lake house so the comps are harder to nail down.
