There are 3 other buildings identical to the one for sale and they are collecting the same rents.

We just have to show that we have made sure they have the ability to repay, and we do with the job and documented income verification. 

Getting a new PM would be my next step, but I always do my own verification of tenants.

I would argue that $75,000 is the actual value, even if the identical house across the street sold for $100,000, 366 days earlier. 

So, the new HAFA short sale program unveiled last year has just announced NO INCOME VERIFICATION ... they don't need to check bank statements...talk about opening the floodgates for EVERYONE who wants to start their strategic default....sigh :roll:
