Are you planning on an annual lease for this property or use it as a short term rental property?

I will be doing a pretty large renovation in one of the units, and mostly cosmetic reno in another unit, so i'm wondering what the best way to go about dealing with any potential lead issues in this case.

With the 1031 exchange you must purchase property that you have the intent to hold for productive use.
