Hi @Kenneth Hung, call me paranoid or what ever but i work in private equity REOs during the last crash and its just what the market does, nothing stays in the air for ever everything must bounce we are not in a economic position to sustain this kind of grow and rates forever will it fall in the next 3 years probably not so buy away just know when to cash our or what to buy SD i think is one of the best markets to hold property but will see somebody correct me if i am wrong

We wanted to make sure our home was very energy efficient, which meant strategically choosing which trees we kept in place, and then angling the house right so that the trees provided shade in the summer, but that those trees didn't pose a risk in the occasional winter storms (trees grow and root based on prevailing winds, so once you cut a few out and change the air-flow, they can become more susceptible to blowing over).

actually it seems to be taking more than an hour to dry completely. probably depends on the ink, air temperature/humidity. if i was in a hurry, i could probably carefully cover the ink with some clear packing tape.
