Yes, people can argue it's the human that's the problem and not the breed, but you won't get the breed without a human attached so it's still the same potential issue to deal with. 

I never pay full fare for Business Class flights overseas... the trick is to book economy, and basically upgrade to BC prior to flight or on line....if BC is not full, you can secure a BC flight for fraction of the cost.

I've heard people suggest generic names like "ABC Holdings" or "Smith Properties", and I've seen a lot of companies with the word "Investment/Investments" in them.What do you think is most effective?

So i don't disagree with you, I would just argue inefficiency in the marketplace is the last thing thing that is keeping this home from selling.
