BP is maybe the greatest free resource to help you get started in Real Estate Investment there is on the internet. 

However, I wanted to engage with the Memphis BP community to get more info on event info I might not have had access to on the internet. 

You do not need to totally disregard their advice because they are strangers on the internet.

That's happened with a few blogs/ posts/ ect over the years- Always better to provide a more general answer than go into details if it's not something you're 10000% sure on because people assume everything on the internet is fact. 

Nearly every agent is going to be listed on the internet.

And I would think that the house you are living in full time wood no doubt qualify.But again, that's just a random guess from a random guy on the internet... :-)

The internet offers pieces of info, I'm just  tryin to  put things together.

Nobody on the internet is going to be able to give you a better answer than the lender themselves.

I've searched around the internet but I'd prefer to hear directly.

I would check out Wyze security cameras (cheap cameras and free cloud backup) and then get a Sprint/ATT/TMobile hot spot to leave at the property for internet connection.
