Anybody can access the MLS, but calling canceled listings, withdrawns, expireds, and sourcing pocket listings in your own ways are vital to finding deals ripe for the picking.

Well, if I could I would, but I want to buy my first property before I buy any gold as my money supplies are not that big... but, I wanted to share it with everyone else that I believe you should buy gold very soon.

Gold, Silver and other commodities can have a role.

Sorry about my grammer or english i type fast since I have 4 windows open on my pc im talking to others in other forums like my gold and silver forum and my other realestate forum, Im also negetiating building materials online as well for realestate projects.

Have you watched gold and silver the last 2 years its reacted wildly every time QE1 or QE2 or QE3 then you see a commodities jump and thats nothing look at this stock market.

Generally, smaller schools and commuter colleges don't work for student rentals either.But they can be a gold mine when you can rent out each house or apartment by the room.

You just got to sift through the dirt to find the gold. 

I'm sure there were some people 6 or 7 years ago saying that everything real estate will turn to gold and you should buy everything you can.
