The properties vary in price, rents, financing options and returns, but a good turn-key property will cash flow.

Between Washington and Harrison is mixed with mainly SF homes and multi families that varies on the condition of each neighborhood.

They seem to have a sign in every city around so I would make the assumption they know how to navigate.That said, SFH market rents vary greatly from city to city or within blocks sometimes in Cook County.

However, the quality of the neighborhood drops dramatically and you go through kind of a dead zone as you go north past I-90, between Sacred Heart hospital and downtown.The neighborhoods on the north side between downtown and the city limits vary a lot though (whether you go north along any of the major North/South routes, including Division (hwy 395), Nevada, Monroe, or Maple/Ash).
