Any other the value will be partially dependent upon the rent by definition. 

You really want to buy the lot, the floor of these physical assets is the land value and that's how you got to take a look at them.

Lots of lenders doing DSCR out there, they’ll differ in rates, communication, close times….what one person values might be different than what you value, so your overall experiences will vary.

Also, keep in mind you need to be reporting your assets from foreign countries to the US using form 8938 if they exceed 50k or so in value.

Also, if you are looking for more value-add deals, REITs often don't play in the space (for better or worse).
