My self not a fan of the Oregon Coast at all.. too cold .. winter it rains sideways.. the only thing nice about it is you do have more clear days on the Oregon Coast than here in the Valley. and If you want to live in an area that basically never gets below 30 and never gets much higher than 75  then thats the place.

Multifamilies in Edinburg are mostly filled, and the population in the valley has been rising steadily over the past decade, I do not think you will have very much trouble getting your unit rented but if you need anything please don't hesitate to reach out.
