I just today had safari crash twice loading a BP page with my iphone, and I can't recall that happening before the "mobile friendly" change(s).And I posted something in a topic using my iPhone (I swear, and my avatar shows up alongside that thread too), but I could not see the post after I made it.

the car industry followed suit as well. that's why you still see zero %the other main reason is I had a bunch of Saudi clients and they could not pay interest for religious reasons so I structured 0% deals for them as well.Then in the crash when I ended up owning about 200 homes in the mid west how do you think I sold my OREO.. well to guys just like you who had figured it out..

This even though Calgary has been through 2 oil price crashes and 2 recessions in the last 10 years. 1 SFR I bought for around $335k in 2010, sold for $462k in 2015, all the while barely making anything in rents.

Ever since I watched "The Big Short" I've been intrigued by the 2007-2008 real estate market crash...and while I know that the crash was caused by loose lending standards combined with ARMs, uninformed borrowers, limited to zero due diligence, mortgage backed securities/CDOs and Wall Street I have yet to wrap my head around one thing.
