Whatever you decide though I would not wait going 6 months without making payments I would think the bank will be come knocking on your door any minute now with a notice of default to begin the foreclosure proceeding and in fact I would be surprised if she has not received a notice of default already.

What I have done is looked at other reias and looked at what kind of subjects they are talking about but in your local area you will have people like attorney's, accountants, landlords (people seeking business) and just ask them if they will speak you will be surprised who will do it for you

I wouldn't be surprised if it were in Beverly hills or some similar project, where the owner wants an exotic wood floor is imprted from Brazil and has a 6 month lead time and it costs around $240/sf just wood alone.
