I own a smaller portfolio of multifamily properties (less than 50 units) and am curious if the Bigger Pockets world has any favorite apps, websites, accounting/management software, etc. that are recommended and make life as a landlord easier.

How easy would it be to find a property manager who can communicate and work towards a mutual growth. what are softwares I can use to automate the business and keep track any risks.ThanksAnil

I was able to purchase the house I had (7 bedrooms, 5 baths) because my ex and I were both working in software at the time.

Or at least someone who knows how to use design software.

Hello, i am venturing into the flipping side of realestate and have already submitted offers to buy couple single family homes to rehab.

Would you recommend lining up an inspection for the day that the house would come back on the market after the OO period so that if it doesn't get snatched up, I can get the inspection and submit an offer on the same day?
