Oregon you can transfer title subject to the property tax's in WA you must bring them current to record a transfer deed plus pay Excise tax .. oregon just record your deed and there is a small transfer tax the recorder figures out when your standing there. 

Be descriptive, avoid subjective words, use emoji's to stay efficient with character count, and avoid putting creative property names in the headline because that does not help the guest understand your listing.

Hey Anthony,I am in a similar situation, and I have determined that the best way for me to acquire additional properties without much out of pocket is to pursue creative strategies like Subject-to, Assumable loans and owner financing! 

I think analyzing a house hack is more subjective since you'll actually be living there.
