Because these are cheaper, you can accumulate these a bit more readily.Newer B to B+ to A- houses don't have as strong a rent-to-value ratio, but they often have fewer things go wrong over time, stay rented steadily, and have fewer tenant drama issues. 

There is a little above 50% equity on this. so more of a follow up for me then. just got to keep moving strong, as it is coming in closer!

Then I would look at the future land use map and how strong is the county and or city economic development and are they pro-growth?
