Depending on who gets in the hot tub, can drastically change the water quality.  1 person that has been out hiking through the park, sun tan lotion on etc that jumps in a hot tub, can leave enough organic matter that will use up the chemicals as perhaps a couple that uses it every night for 5 days, but they jump in clean and aren't doing the wild thing.  

This is the mathematical law every insurance fund/organization operates and exit's from, why a home owner policy is generally in the hundreds not thousands for monthly premiums, correct?

By that , I mean complete organizations that do the research, the bidding, fix up, mgmt, etc.

I was seeking good info on mobile home parks and ta da it's all organized right at my fingertips.

Stock shelves in the grocery store, work at Home Depot or get your own side gig mowing lawns, or fixing something you know how to fix or whatever. 

The other thing we like is that being web based, we can all easily see everything at any time, such as 'what kind of stove is that we put in at such and such address when we are looking for parts at the store etc....Dan Dietz

They buy materials in bulk at substantial discounts and are buying big ticket items like hvac systems wholesale, not at big box retail stores.

We are currently using Excel spreadsheets to organize our buyers list for different zip codes in Florida (getting deals isn't an issue, so just focusing on optimizing our system here).
