I would start by networking with other investors and asking them for recommendations.Research online for agents that are busy.

@Brooke Williamson have your PMC start eviction process on tenant to motivate them to put pressure on their caseworker.Caseworkers typically will respond to tenants before PMCs/owners.Without the threat of eviction though, the tenant may not try very hard to contact their caseworker.

If you just hire the cheapest or first PMC you speak with and it turns into a bad experience, please don’t assume ALL PMC’s are bad and start trashing PMC’s in general.

Ask them for a low price, get them to agree and start the paperwork.
