They need a solid data connection in order to work well.  

At least, you will probably be required to seal around the pipe fairly well.If you have to put a door in the fire-rated wall, it needs to be a fire-rated door - usually either solid wood or metal.  

It is a great way to take advantage of your tax-sheltered savings and invest in an asset class that can really generate solid returns.

Charleston as a rental market is very under the radar.. no turn key companies but talk about solid fundamentals.. you have enough Organic buyers in your market to really not need to go nationwide like other markets to find buyers.

I have a 5 bedroom home that is about 100 years old and has the original solid wood interior doors.

Rent is due on the 1st late on  the 3rd by the 5th we filing eviction...Again this sounds harsh, but I am in the business of providing solid homes for my tenants, and this cost to be able to do this.

I noticed that some houses were next to wooded areas or wooded lots. 

I can bring solid experience on the buy end, CMA, sell end, but the construction and rehab part is where my weakness is.  

We're working on formulating our plan in more detail this weekend with a potential investor so I'm sure I'll need lots of advice once we have a more solid direction of what we're looking to do!
