They are worse than amateur.Just google "professional real estate photos" to see what they're supposed to look like.If I were a prop mgr, I would be embarrassed to watermark those photos with my company name.If you don't have a wide angle lens dslr camera, at the very least get a wide angle attachment for your phone.Photos need to be slightly photoshopped to show the house in its best light. 

Planning larger storage units.  25 wide by 45 deep. 14 foot clearance roll up doors and walk thru door.  

It's a widely known fact that many home renovations have a negative ROI (especially high-end, luxury fixtures and finishes). 

I really don't know what people would want.If the delta is not too wide, then keeping the heater going would make sense.

Sure when interest rates were higher it may have been more widely used, but interest rates are not the only factor.

All of this is negotiable, it's impossible to state what "market" is for these types of loans because they aren't widely reported, and folks who do this all day long probably have experience with wildly different loan terms than the examples I used here. 

The estimated range on this is real wide $50k to $150k not including pit set

I would suggest using some of the listing syndication sites as well, so that your listings are more widely published.

I ended up buying a 1972 3/2 double-wide mobile home on a 6000 sq ft R-1 lot in a residential area full of similar mobile homes.

I feel like with the wide range of properties and clients in the Galveston area, I may be missing an opportunity to appeal to a different clientele.
