I have a software that you can use to manage until you can find someone that you trust to do it for you. 

Any website you build can then be a basic site and will look a lot move interactive when it links with the property management software

You can also buy lists from companies like list source and there are some REI software companies that have a cash buyer search feature.

you may find the next world of war craft or facebook or whatever.. when I go to those there might be one person pitching real estate the rest are pitching some sort of software or other business that needs seed capital.. 

(I build new) plus software is a pain too.

I have accounting software in place to keep track of all expenses and rent but I am curious if creating a separate account matters?

I am researching which software application would serve me better.
