They're a quality shop from what I can tell and seem to know what they're doing; although I haven't invested in any of their projects.  

Westminster has been expanding the industrial/commercial areas near the Carroll County Regional Airport and along Route 140 to bring in more of those types of employment and there is a push within the City to revitalize the Main Street area with small local shops and eateries.   

She and good managers like her who run their own, small shops enjoy being close by the properties so that when pipes freeze (like they have been ALL OVER NC this week, or when a hail storm comes thru and u have insurance claims in ALL your roofs in one town - yes, true story!)

Showing in teams is much safer and helps with the chaos when several prospects arrive at once.

You'll lose a little bit of equity maybe but you also may be able to avoid a commercial loan and sometimes the refi fees can be pretty attractive if you shop around.

It includes a leasing office and a maintenance shop.
