I know, but I was hoping that one or many of your experienced, bright-minded individuals could shed some light. 

We allow up to two small, non shedding dogs with $50 per dog pet rent.

I kept my Lake Oswego home .. but shed Oregon income tax.. on income I make outside of Oregon.. in tax free states.we bought a lock and leave townhouse so we do have an HOA that is 400 a month all in.. which for what we get here is a little steep..
