I had a senior couple contact me the other day asking if I wanted to purchase their home (they live right next door to one of my rentals).  

The realors are policed by their own agency and in all instances that you file a complaint the answer always comes back the same - "No fault found".

We told her we would give her the appropriate notice, and then show up with a police escort to go in - an "assisted entry" I think it's called in FL.

Auto-mechanics, Govt workers, road crews, electric utility linesmen, firemen, police, etc: all are commendable people!
