hopefully, i can figure this out quick.i guess a title search wouldn't show any federal judgements, but the county clerks office told me that such judgement could be attached to the property...

Me and about three to four of my friends are thinking about renting a house just over the three months of summer in 07, I've been doing some searches and what occured to me was that most of the lease terms of the houses are either six months or a year long (Of the rentals).Suppose we moved into a house with six month lease terms and got out after living there for three months.

If this is the case...The lender of the buyer never saw (investors sale) in the title search...because his sell isn't even recoreded yet.

If you're going to do the heavy work yourself, search for the best deals on your construction materials.
