Obviously we need to do some groundwork with the City planning department and potentially zoning.We are approached constantly by developers seeking to purchase the property for them to develop (everything from we want to build homes to help the environment to building condos for our 98 year old grandmother to live in).

I’m not sure of the legitimacy or legality of all of this, but it has me looking more closely at this type of business to see if that may be how I need to word my LLC’s services provided for my properties and then potentially grow to provide similar services for others’ properties.

If after appropriate investigation, it appears to such officer that the proceeds from the sale of the property would be insufficient to wholly or partly satisfy the lien of the United States, or that the claim of the United States has been satisfied or by lapse of time or otherwise has become unenforceable, such officer may issue a certificate releasing the property from such lien"Locate the "officer charged with the administration of the laws in respect of which the lien of the United States arises" from the lien (a sample is provided here for the property I was researching - Assistant US Attorney Erin Secord) and contact him/her in advance to find out what information they would require from you if you win the bid.

I sign up for this all in 2019 for this is the first time I’ve logged in.I bought a place in 2018, remodeled and sold in 2022 and chased my dream of 20 years of moving to Jackson Wy however investing here in not an option since I’m not a billionaire sooooo I am planning my next moves and looking to invest.I have roughly $30K (potentially $50K) to invest in a flex and flip as I’m not sure I could do the landlord thing.I have been looking in places I would like to actually live which is eastern Oregon, North central/East Tennessee, Rapid City or Naples-Clearwater Florida areas.Any help or ideas would be awesome!

Try looking into zillow/Redfin and see what your potential rents you can get near the neighborhood by filtering the bedrooms/bathrooms of the intentional property that you are planning to buy.
