Well my rental income is in the stock market, and the market is down because Puerto Rico is bankrupt and there is war in the Ukraine, so to take those funds out, I have to sell at a loss.I need to replace the 25 year old roof on my building costing me $7000, but the market is down because an ISIS suicide bomber hit Turkey!!!!!

I have seen a few rookie investors hiring people that say they have experience and the next thing you know, they paid for a roof that now needs to be removed and replaced because it wasn't installed properly.

1) laminate floors that sound like you are walking with tap dance shoes on2) vessel sinks3) anything that is painted "faux" style4) open floor plans (although I think this is still 2-3 decades away from becoming an undesirable floor plan) I have wondered for years what will replace SS appliances.

@Bill Hamilton  here is my pathAgent at 18  in CA  broker at 20... sold RE for about 12 years .. then got hired by syndicator in Bay Area doing site acquisition ( great job I got commish and equity) In 1987 I engineered the buy out of a HML company my dad used for 20 years..
