I have a few family members and friends who could potentially give me immediate agent business but I'm aware that I can't keep relying on word of mouth as a method to get business.

Don't rely on the mere fact that because the building has some insurance policy, that you are adequately covered.

You can't rely on it, but it has to be considered as a possibility.

I don't want to rely on anyone but myself for my retirement and I frankly don't trust those types of retirements.
