There was a older guy named Tom who was a regular and was really into cars and was a pilot just like I was and we kinda became buds.

The process server makes one attempt to serve the papers on an adult at the premises, if nobody is there, he tapes a copy to the door, and mails the papers via regular mail within 24 hours.

While they are off working, I can golf, exercise, or work if I want to.I have kids and grandkids.

It gives us a regular visit to the property in the spring when they start parting. 

The long term goal is to have enough passive income to not work a regular job.
