Remove snow and ice promptly and within reason, no lose steps or hand rails, no obstacles, no lose rain gutter, etc, etc. 

I just would never do that.. simply because I have other vehicles and ways to earn a living that that amount of leverage would make me FAR more than 100 a month.. or 10k a month with 4 or 5 million of exposure. 

(I don't count medical debt or student loan debt as long as it looks like they pay on time on credit cards, utilities, vehicles, rent, etc.)Hope this helps.

C-Corps are not good vehicle for rentals. 

I also think the new administration is going to offer additional incentives, with more people switching to electric vehicles the power has to come from somewhere. 

Even in the U.S.A. a 30yr term mortgage appears to only be a residential vehicle.
