So what other property types were added to Blackstone’s portfolio this year?

I am looking to continue to grow my portfolio but with larger commercial or multifamily buildings.

I like the idea of diversifying my portfolio in another state and being close to these investments.

You could buy a few of there units first, and use that cash to save up for newer, nicer houses and get a blend in your portfolio.

There isn't much info here on BP about a typical land lease purchase scenario and how that could look for your portfolio over time, so I am having difficulty following.
