We're really excited about finally getting started, but unfortunately, our offer was accepted right before Covid-19 which has complicated things.

from what i am reading here on BP  Non QM investor loans are seeing some of the major players Pause / stop for now.Jumbo loans seem to have really tightened the criteria leaving few who could qualify it seems like There is no question of lending tightening up here in the short term.. 

Entering into a new partnership is exciting.

Been really researching and very excited to see what’s out there in the NH area.

As a contractor myself I was excited to see this as a resource, when I saw homeadvisor I was pretty upset.Homeadvisor preys on contractors, sells them bogus leads or over used leads, locks them into incredibly high prices which dont get me wrong if your getting quality leads you pay but there leads are literally wild goose chases.This is so prevalent they filed a class action lawsuit against them.Please do not use home advisor, shop and vet you local contractors.

I've been reading, listening, and self educating through BP over the past couple years and have recently taken that first scary/exciting/emotional roller coaster of a step and purchased my first duplex out of state.

Hey guys I'm 19 and i live in Westchester, NY and i want to really get started investing in real estate , I'm very excited because i have been researching for months and learning and reading as much as i can but i wanted to ask for advice because i feel like i need to find a mentor that i can help or work for so i can learn hands on , what do you guys suggest me to do based on experience?
